Here's a tip: if you're trying to do 30 minutes of yoga a day and you have a massage scheduled in the evening, don't "save" (a.k.a. postpone) the yoga til after the massage. Trust me, your body would rather just relish the loose muscles and sleepy feeling. 

Day 3 is in the books, and I'm feeling good! (Not especially, actually. But fake it 'til ya make it.)
